The bolt will bottom out basically. You snug it down and it will let you know when you're done

Leaking won't be a problem, just make sure the gaskets aren't pinched or off channel anywhere, snug them down, and they'll be great.
And After:
It definately took some time. Some of those botls are a PITA to get to, but all in all it's a simple process. Already have the others packaged up and will be in the mail first thing Mon AM. THANKS BRAD!!!

Yeah, you can see the little grey rubber grommet expand out a little bit when you tighten the bolt down. They don't have to be torqued down too hard, just enough to squash the rubber grommet/washer and fit snug. I would start with the bolt in the very back next to the fire wall, then the one in the front, then the one on the top in the middle, etc. And basically put the next bolt in the farthest away from the other bolts already installed. I'd put them all in hand tight, then start to snug them down, alternating opposite sides.

Pictures sometimes do not do colors justice. The only way to get any closer to Torch Red is to use the D3 mixture. Unless I was specifically looking for the difference in shades, I can't tell the diferrence.

I think that qualifies as a The Box being a World Traveler. That's a lot of frequent flyer mile. I'd say The Box has over 21K miles on it now.
And thanks for the quick turn around!

I'm gonna have the C&L out today. As well be on the lookout for a PayPal to cover the costs. Hopefully Candy Blue matches the Sonic Blue fairly well.

And if you guys have any questions about colors or anything, I'll be glad to help if I can. Also want to say a big THANK YOU!! to Hatch.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hey, It's the PC dude!!!!! :worship: darn Kevin, you really do exist!!! We kept thinking Brad had this big underground operation going on with code names and such. He keeps talking about the "PC" (Powder Cover) guy down the street and we're thinking there's this big clandestine operation going on.
Seriously though, your work is amazing. As you can see from everyone's pictures, your work has transformed our vehicles and given them that "special touch". We all appreciate what you and Brad are doing for us, and at such a reasonable price. :worship:
Have a Merry X-Mas!!! :flag2:
Hatch got mine off, going to find something to ship them in tomorrow. They were harder to get out than I expected. Had alot of trouble with the passenger side, that big wiring harness gave me fits. The drivers side was little easier, now I'm concerned about scratching them when I put them back on.

The driver side goes back on easier than it comes off. If I had to do it again, I would wrap the wiring harness' on both sides with some cloth which would allow the cover to slip in a bit easier. I did scuff the passenger side a little bit putting it back in, but it will buff out when I get around to it.
