Hey guys sorry I missed the meeting and the pulley swap. I was buried under at work. I had a truck stuck in the mud in boyington OK that required a bulldozer to get it loose, a delivery that I had to personally oversee in Stigler and a whole host of other problems. So fill me in how was the board meeting? Did paul insist on Jeff painting the new UDP's Vista blue before he would help with the installation? Did you have to use the Plastic explosives to get them off?

I was checking on the track dates and it looks as if the first test and tune will be on the 2nd of March '07.

Has anyone been checking on prices for some M/T et streets or somthing along those lines? I know a while back steeda had a good price on some BFG drag radials I think.

Bob good info on the computer reflash at the dealer. I guess that's why the tuner that you purchase stores the factory original tune as well as the performance tunes. I don't plan on taking my car to the dealer for any reason except warranty issues, which knock on wood hopefully don't ever occur.

Man David... Sounds like a bad day to say the least.
The board meeting went well. We made headway on the schedule. Bob- Are you going to send out an updated version of the schedule? Also, since Bob didn't have an official title beside "Board Member", we gave him the title of "S.O.B." - Sergeant Of Bling.
We also discussed the website. The frame is there, I just need to add the content which includes pictures. So, as a reminder, everyone send me some pics of your cars so I can start adding the jelly to this doughnut. Steve- Thanks for coming out and all your work!
David- I know you work on Saturdays and Sundays, which makes it hard for you to attend. Is there a better day for you to make the meetings? Let me know and we might be able to make some changes to help you attend. Oh BTW- The next meeting is on Feb 10th (2 weeks). We got a lot to get done....

The install went pretty smooth. My pully puller was too small, so we ran up and bought a larger one. After that it was a text book install. I'll send out pics shortly. This will be a subject in the tech section of the web-site.

Well it sounds like all went very well. I am off work usually on Sundays. Saturdays I am scheduled to work but can get away from time if my assistant can cover for me. I like the idea for the tech section on the web page. The pulley swap is a good one to have. I can take some pics of the CIA swap and notes for the upgrade to post as soon as it arrives. Or if you guys want to we can schedule another "garage day" for the weekend after arrival so all the group can see how it goes? We can even invite the S.O.B. (man that's funny)

BTW I will have a drop in K&N panel filter for sale at 1/2 of list price as soon as my CIA arrives if anyone is interested or knows someone who is interested. I figure about $25.00 U.S. It's good for a few HP over a stock paper filter and is reusable for a million miles.
