But it's still better than the one it had at least, but I'm pissed off anyway.

Due to the DD having a cooling issue that involves removing the transmission, the Mustang will be back on the road sooner than I expected. I'll have to pay the insurance and permit in full, for a duration of a mere five months
Replaced the leaking master cylinder yesterday and fixed the coolant leak on the heater tubes. Took it for a spin yesterday night and wow, I surely missed driving it. It feels more confy than the tib for sure!

thanks man, and I'm glad that yours is running too. Just came back from picking up my gf from work. On my way there I had ro change lanes to enter the hw and I gave the car some throtle (3/4 or so) and it just took off like never before! When it shifted, the tires chirped and it kept pulling harder. I lifted the gas pedal because I didn't expected that it would run like that!
Guess that the engine overhaul and the few tricks we dished in it were worth it
It still has more room for improvement, like replacing the rockers and getting a cam (using a fox cam right now, aka I was ripped off) but for the moment it should do. The next thing I want to improve is the brakes, since I forgot how they suck on these cars.

Replaced the rear shocks today with the good used Gabriel's that were in my friend's fox (he put KYB's). Mine had the OEM Motorcrafts still there! The left one was still good, but the right one if you pushed it down, it stayed there. No leaks on them though. And free is better than cheap anyway
The brake fluid was flushed on the rear calipers. Still need to do the front ones. Stupid rain

I found the reason why my car was blowing out a fuse (cig lighter/turn signals/power seat circuits). One of rhe terminals in the fuse box was out of it's place and was making false contact and causing it to blow the fuse. Fixed it and no blown fuse thus far, fingers crossed.

Found out what was killing the fuses, and later the marker and instrument lights, a bad connector in the headlight switch. Replaced the terminal and cut the burnt wire. Problem solved (I hope!)
The ******* fuse blew out again
This is gonna drive me crazy!
But at least the marker and interior lights are fixed.
I may sell it.

Gave the pony a much needed bath, after almost two years...
Forgot to report that the exploding fuse problem is no more!
