I'm glad to hear that I could help you out and that the website was very useful. And i agree that the gray stripes will look very nice, especially with them matching the graphite seats. And I too am a big fan of the center stripe. If you get them put on your car be sure to post some pics cuz I'll be curious as to how it turns out. Good luck with everything.
Thanks a lot...I'll keep you posted!

Well, what the heck. If everyone else is doing it, I might as well too.

9" wide stripe with a 2" gap.

Doc,

Here's a pic if you put the E pro kit springs on it... I think it will enhance the black stripes and wheels...

I think I'm going with Gold 10" w 1.5 gap on Redfire. With matching GT 300 Rocker Stripe. If the car ever gets built.

I wish someone had a GOOD picture of legend lime with black 10" stripes 1.5" apart. That is what I am considering doing, but I haven't seen anything really close to it to have a good idea what it will look like.

Yeah, I have seen that picture. It helps some, but the gap is still too wide and the stripes themselves aren't wide enough.

I went with the metalllic silver. 10.5" stripes, 1.5" spacing. I didn't stripe the front bumper because I usually have a bra on the car. I've had too many cars with unprotected front ends that looked lke they were 3X their age, even with regular cleaning.

You still should finish that bumper even if you do put a bra on it because it looks funny having the back done and not the front.

I dropped my car off at the body shop this morning. I'm having the trunk lid holes (for the stock spoiler) welded and smoothed and then the entire trunk painted/cleared. Then, they will be taping off, painting and clearing (only the stripes) 10" at the front bumper, tapered to 11" at the bottom of the windshield/front of the roof, to 10 1/2" at the back of the trunk and down the rear bumper. With a 1" space between stripes. Those are my modified Shelby stripe dimensions... to compensate for the 1" space rather than the original 2". I just like the way 1" looks on this car much better than 2" or even 1 1/2". I'll post pics this weekend.

By the way, for those who are interested, the total price was $1200. $900 for the stripes (they are only clearing the stripes, not the entire panels) and $300 to weld the trunk holes and repaint it.

Well, after a long wait (it was hard for the company to keep getting their hands on a 05 Mustang) my kit is finally made! It was shipped out Monday!
So, the company I had make this kit, based on my measurements & color combo, now offers it to anyone! You can choose any color combo you want!
Here is the kit I had them make:

The center stripe is 21" wide! I hope to have my kit installed, sometime next week. I will post pictures when she is done!
