Post your stripes
http://www.graphic-express.com is the link by the way. I'm not affiliated with them in any way.
Thanks, Matt. I've been wondering how the 1.5" gap would look. I like it.
I didn't realize the graphic express stripes were tapered. So they go from 10 to 12 on the hood and then are 12 all the way on the roof and trunk? Can't wait to see updated pics.

StangNut, the rally stripes are tapered and yes, they start out at 10" at the front of the hood and at the glass they measure out at 12" then all the way back...Pics in new topic for you...hope I don't get slammed to bad!!

Well, the car is being painted now, remember SOCAL isn't cheap. Final Price 1900, includes sanding, color sanding, entire section re-clear coated so you can not feel the strips. I also made sure they were going past the edges so I won't have peeling clear coat. Removing the window and roof trim to paint under that. Probably not the cheapest price out here, but I have seen their work, so I am not the first getting painted, so hopefully it will turn out even better. I'll post pics next weeked. Also went ahead and had the bullits painted black (will look like the aftermarket black bullits). When I wear out the rubber, I'll go with a wider tire or maybe chrome 18's if I don't like the black. They had some black chrome stock bullits, but I felt it would just blend in with the brake roters so I passed on those. They wanted me to buy some of their "Raceline GT" 20's (see my other posts for pics), but 2600 dollars didn't sit well since I wasn't sure I wanted 20 inch wheels. I think I might have liked them, but a 35 tire was a bit thin.
Made it easy, here's pics of another car and the 20's I was talking about...

This has got to be the sickest GT that I have seen.
I am so jealous. I would even have to say it looks better than mine.
