CR... looks good! It does look much more beefy. A couple of questions: hows the fit around the ABS lines? Looks like the shroud is up against the lines. Also, will it have any type of gasket/padding on top edges? (to seal against the hood liner). Thx.. nice looking product.

When the physical product comes out, it will be away from the ABS lines. It was a little too close, and the tooling has already been altered.

On top, will be sealed as well. The pinchweld that you normally see on K&N kits, etc. will not work, because the air filter sits higher than the seal does. We're going to seal around the top edge, however. You'll see when the final powdercoated pictures come out next week. We will start taking preorders for the J Series on Tuesday.

I need a test subject. I'm going to say 99% yes, but I want to be sure.

Rocky,

After the J & C series, if there is enough of a market for them, sure! I want to improve on little flaws of each original design, make them more rigid, and of course not go crazy on the weight factor... and then have them powdercoated. The C series should be done in 2 weeks, the J is going to be done next week. Depending on how many requests I recieve, I could get that going as early as next week, and ready to ship by early March.

Awesome! We may look into the Steeda once the C series design is fully knocked out. Tooling is the hard part, from there it shouldn't be a huge deal to get them pressed!

They're already in production, and the last changes have been done. They should be done this week, and done powdercoating next week. I am going to get a picture of them powdercoated before I take preorders, just so everyone is sure they want to order.

I will start a preorder thread with pics early next week!

We should be able to ship end of next week!
