Thanks CR! looks HOT! (i mean COOL!)

i am torn between JLT 2 and Demolet....i like this heat shield a lot and what stopped from JLT 2 before was their lack of heatshield. will it also fit demolet? i heard demolet cone filter has too much contact to the trunk when its shut...

thanks!

We're just trying to get some of the stuff that we have to get done out of the way. It's jamming us up for getting the heatshield out. Between our t-shirts, car show, preparing to move buildings, busy season here, as well as running into some snags with the design of the shield, it's going to push us back a few weeks. The shield WILL come out. Just gotta get over some of the humps we have in the way.

Thanks! The response for those who have purchased it so far has been great! Fitment, and no issues with the heatshield getting hot because it's aluminum. Like I said originally... aluminum transfers heat, and does not absorb radiant heat. We lined the whole thing with rubber and grommeting, so there was no issues with transferring heat. Everything keeps from rattling, etc.

I will have a group buy pricing, yes sir. I still have to find out what the thieves, I mean production, are going to charge us. I will have a figure then!

CR i was looking at the pictures you posted earlier and I have a concern. It appears as through the shield is resting on the A/C lines down below. With vibration and time I am certain this shield could wear threw causing a serious issue. Is the shield off those lines enough to avoid this?

I am looking forward to seeing the C Series Version s I would like to get one if it looks good enough.

The ones that were posted before (natural aluminum finish prototype) were resting on the AC lines by about 1/16" of an inch. We fixed that for the model that we're currently selling, which sits far enough away from the lines not to rub or come in contact.

This will be the same for the C Series with the new mounting point!
