Chicken thighs. Not a fan.

Thighs are probably my favorite piece of yardbird. Juicy flavorful dark meat, but more meat on the bone than legs and wings. Breast just don't have much flavor and get dried out too easily. Leg quarters are the best (leg and thigh together).
They're way to fatty and greasy for me. I'd rather have a leg.
Breast is best cut up and seasoned; I've tried to fix it in such a way as to keep it from drying out and it's virtually impossible. OTOH, it makes great chicken fajita meat.
Hey Al, I'm getting ready to try making that étouffée recipe you gave me awhile back. Sometime soon it'll happen.
