WHATS FOR DINNER?
I'm up to 14 docs over the past few years and I have told all of them that I have 2 cocktails and 2 glasses of wine over the course of the evening - from happy hour to cooking then eating dinner - pretty much every evening.
Not one has commented I should drink less... so I take that as permission!

I'm not a big breakfast potato fan. I usually give them to my wife if it's at a restaurant and take her bacon. Lol
I do love potatoes the rest of the time but for some reason I wasn't raised on them for breakfast so I don't eat them for breakfast.

I love hash browns at Waffle House, but I hardly ever make them at home. They just don't turn out the same. And I don't eat them for breakfast, but with breakfast food for lunch or supper. Never did really have potatoes for breakfast growing up that I can remember.
And I've never seen the fried potatoes with the peppers and stuff. My granny used to make just plain old fried potatoes a lot, cut up in chunks, salt and pepper, and fried in lard in an iron skillet.
