Sole fillets poached in olive oil/white wine with onions, garlic and crimini mushrooms, then a little shredded romano cheese on top. Not pretty but delicious. with polenta fried with spices and sliced olives and steamed broccoli. Also sprinkled with shredded romano cheese. mmm, i feel so italian i could eat dinner on my ducati, except it's still snowing LOL!
