Yeah mine were pork too

Surprisingly beef ribs are hard to find in these parts

But my favorite beef rib place is the County Line in Austin

Big as dinosaur ribs and tender as pork

Yeah, I've noticed that the beef ribs look like some prehistoric ****.

That's not bad at all. When we go out, we've got $100+ just for sushi haha.

That's actually not too bad. I think the most expensive sushi place I've eaten is Uchi in Austin, but it was worth every penny. That place was unbelievable. Only eaten there twice, and would love to go back.

I've eaten at one sushi restaurant in Houston, but I don't remember the name of it. Miyako is on the west side, so I'll have to try it next time I'm in Houston.

We're doing the great pizza eat-off! We're ordering 1large pizza from two different pizza joints and determining the better pizza. My son and his girlfriend are helping us determine the winner!

Had a drinking buddy some years back that when we'd go to the Chinese place in the winter we'd always have heated (hot!) sake with a beer back (there are no Japanese restaurants here). Great on a cold night. Maybe it works for all Asian food incl Vietnamese...

I like that most of you guys are willing to embrace something of the exotic diet. If we all ate only pizza and burgers, this thread wouldn't have lasted a week.
I'd like to sample a bowl of that Pho, and that's fo' sho'. Probably crumble some saltines up in it, though. Call me an adventurous Philistine.
