I need to buy one of those french enameled cast iron dutch ovens so i can make it in.

 

I've got a couple of them now. I use them for just about everything now.

 

They are superb


I've got one that's 20 years old and we still use it for anything we can.

 

Just make sure it has metal handles. They are great for roasting as long as the handles are metal.

 

Yeah a friend does as well and I realize how much I need one

I think you might be right. I've been super agitated all day for some reason, right on the edge, even though it has been beautiful, sunny 60s and nice. I just haven't been able to shake a lot of things, been really in a funk.

 

Me too. And now something else is broken on my GT. And my company is trying to screw me over.

 

I agree. It was a rough week. Glad it's over. finished it off with a good movie, chips and dip.

 

Didn't get a chance to have any last night, but I'm making up for it tonight! But I did make fried chicken, four cheese noodles, mixed veggies and biscuits to have with it.

an ex of mine had wine classes that would hold half a bottle!

 

I stopped in at one of the local purveyors and ordered a breaded tenderloin and some onion rings. I think I've been poisoned.
