I couldn't believe it. That thing pulled off of the bone like a Boston butt, no waste at all. Did a little trimming around the hip joint and the knee joint and cut into them right there and every thing else pretty much came right off into several huge chunks to be cut into slices.

Homemade Neapolitan pizza (thin crust) with tomato sauce, prosciutto, mozzarella, and basil, with a little oregano and S&P sprinkled on and grated parmigiano on the top. The dough is rising right now. There will be enough to put a couple of pieces in the freezer for later use.

Noodles are same other than the noodles she makes me are made from corn flour I guess.


Sauté onions and jalapeños in garlic, salt, and pepper. Roll up some ground beef meatballs and brown them. Throw in some fresh sliced mushrooms. Add some cumin and oregano and then right before you put in the tomato sauce you add a bunch of chili powder. Then simmer.
