I've never liked pork chops. I don't even like pork in general. It tastes like the smell of the pig barn at the fair to me. These actually weren't bad though.

I love pork chops, gotta have the bone in them though. Grilled, baked, smoked, bbq, fried. Love them breaded and fried with biscuits and gravy.

Oh yeah, fried or grilled are awesome! But like with all meat, you have to season it to make it good.

I think that's what Nathan's problem is with most of this stuff. Hes said his family isn't really into seasoning. They're fantastic on the grill with a little Dale's and some Cavender's seasoning.

My sister is really good with seasoning. My parent's don't really seem to get it. Nothing can cover up the nastiness that is pork though.
