You'll be able to tell the diff between the 4.6 and 5L
I'll leave it at that.

Some media outlets have been supplied with all the official specs and pics.

I'm sure they are going to adhere to embargo this time. Ford 'plugged' the first leak!

If it wasn't for the letter writing as well as the popularity of the 5.0 Mustang that brought us back from the brink as a FWD car for the Mustang.

In my opinion, the new 5.0 badge should be of the same size and colors (black letters, outlined in chrome/black chrome, red ".") as the original, but in a slightly different font. Don't make it identical to the previous badge, but make it very similar and recognizable.

Here's a thought I just came up with: make the inside of the "." hollow, so that it's the same color as the body on every car. Just a thought.

Try here for an alleged look:

If real, the engine cover does look nice. Externally I can't see any differences other than the 5.0 badge.

That looks very nice. If legit, it looks like my idea I posted above was used: same scheme as the original "5.0" badge, but in a new font. Looks good!

First pic looks official and great. 2nd pic looks like a chop for sure. But that looks awesome, especially the "Powered By Ford" valve covers. The intake cover is obviously inspired by the Cammer intake too. Awesome!

We saw it months ago...
Just not as jazzed up.
Looks legit. Clean. Not too subtle, but not ridiculous. Nicely done Ford.

No new front fascia hmm? Btw the font looks like the Autobadges font that the 5.0 Magazine editor used for that T-top 86 notch that he built.

Eh, I like Clino's avatar better.

Edit...

This badge, although I don't think it looks as close as I thought:

IMO I think the badge looks clean. I also think that the front lower balance from the vehicle that was at the L.A auto show was really nice looking, hopefully it wont be that expensive.

Not pointing anyone out, Because there will obviously be more to come...
but within the first few posts of the new engine bay everyone is still nit picking at the body... ?

Why is everyone hoping for some all new redesign? No one actually says it, but it's alluded to within the past month plenty of times...

"fix the rear..." "fix the front..." "change the grill..." "add functional hood scoop" "move the fogs" "change the pony" "change the hood" "change the tail lights" "Fix the faux gas cap" etc... etc...

everyone wants everything and is never satisfied.

I think the 2011 looks great!
