Haha well we've been told we would be able to easily spot a 2011. Well, for US the badge will be easy to spot. But if that's the only change...eh I think a new 5.0 deserves a little more than that. The 2010 GT bumper already looks almost identical to the 2005-2009 GT bumper.

i think the badge is fine. we should just be happy that we are blessed to have a 5.0 4V with 412HP. ford is moving into the future which means new engine new badge. plus im sure people will switch them out.

well then we should wait for an offical release of pics to better tell cause the leaked pic of the profile isnt so good and might not be accurate. after all it looks fake, the engine pic is the only legit looking pic to me.

Not pointing anyone out, Because there will obviously be more to come...
but within the first few posts of the new engine bay everyone is still nit picking at the body... ?
Why is everyone hoping for some all new redesign? No one actually says it, but it's alluded to within the past month plenty of times...
"fix the rear..." "fix the front..." "change the grill..." "add functional hood scoop" "move the fogs" "change the pony" "change the hood" "change the tail lights" "Fix the faux gas cap" etc... etc...
everyone wants everything and is never satisfied.
I think the 2011 looks great!

So, judging by the mark on top of the motor, it looks like a modern rendition of the old 5.0 badge. Not what I had hoped for, but whatever. As long as it doesn't have pins on the fenders, I'll be happy, that way I can de-badge it down the road if I choose.

TrackPack should be mandatory on these cars...with a more advanced TrackPack for even more capability..shall we say a set of Motons! I jest of course.

Who knows, the side profile could be a photoshop. Guess we'll know on the 28th

Nice and I like the homage to the SHO as well. IIRC folks started calling the SHO manifold the "bundle of snakes" - reference to the exhaust on the GT40's

As far as the 5.0 badge goes, I would like to see it look similar to one I bought for my fox body.

The original one is just ok but I think this one makes it look a lot nicer.
Engine looks awesome though, hopefully that is really what it looks like when it comes out.
