Tukkie, you motorboating SOB, you! I didn't know you had an S2000, as well. You probably said so a number of times. My attention span has become increasnigly narrow these days. I blame in on all of the new wax fumes I've been huffing lately.

My car has some rail dust embedded into the top panels - no biggie. I purchased some Iron-x and will knock that out this weekend. Enjoy the car - those wheels and paint are dynamic! Easily one of the nicest looking Mustangs I've seen.

I took my wife to her Master Gardener training session this morning and when I got back home I programmed the Car2U system to open both garage doors and my front gate. I'll be getting back out and putting on more miles today, but my first impression is that this car is awesome. It's very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. It will be a few miles before I really get on it, but 305 ponies should be more than enough to put a smile on my face. Make that a bigger grin. There is already one of those there.

Yep. My '07 Laguna Blue Pearl S2000 is sitting under a car cover and I'll hold onto it until the good weather brings out the convertible buyers. I loved driving it but not riding in it, if you know what I mean. The Mustang is going to be a wonderful replacement for the S.

Haha I'm just glad to be in a car that doesn't have metal framing 3" away from my head!

Thanks for the update Deysha.

Deysha informed that my car was built and now is awaiting shipment. ETA of 3/8/2013 to my dealer. Still can't believe how fast the order went.

Looks like the car may be here just about the time a snow storm hits. Only 2-3 inches of snow this whole winter and now we might finally get something. Go figure.

Got a tentative ETA at the dealer of March 20! Thanks Deysha! That would make it about 8 weeks from order date. Got to get on selling the other car now...

Your sig shows you got a VIN in 4 days? That's nuts, I'm almost to three weeks and still no VIN.

Here are some additional shots of Maria taken this afternoon. I didn't have bright sun to show off her color at its best, but they turned out pretty good anyway. I did get out and get more miles on her, including some with the top down.

Congrats to all new Stang owners!!! I must say, after signing an order for mine since Sept 2012 and knowing mine is built and sitting at the plant since Feb. 7th...man is it hard to see all these new arrivals. Now it starting to feel like when I was 8 years old and it's two weeks before Christmas and I'm hoping Santa is going to bring me the race track I asked for.
