italian tonight. stirfry chicken and vegetables with fresh pasta and olive oil, plus a bocconcini salad. Lots of color in this one.

A chili-esque concoction and some crispy potato bites that turned out flippin awesome. Gonna have to make a larger batch sometime soon.

Hey, that looks like my chili! We're definitely into chili-eating weather now, but I fried a skillet full of Yukon Gold potatoes with chorizo for tonight's supper. It made a pretty decent second choice.
