I had italian seafood Paella on the beach watchin the sunset. Clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, chorizo sausage, smoked chicken on rice. with hot sauce. YUM <burp>.

Got biscuits and ham in the toaster oven that were left over from supper. I'd love to have a turkey leg, but nobody thought enough to bring me one. F***em, I'll do without.

How does chorizo go with seafood? I've only had it con juevos o papas. Never would have thought to put it in seafood.

haha, i put on soooo much hot sauce anyway it didn't matter. It all blended ok actually, from what my burnt out taste buds could tell.

lunch today: home made LARGE sirloin steak sandwich with onions, garlic, feta, yam fries and sour cream. That steak required TWO pieces of french bread LOL!

Homemade wonton soup, kimbap, bulgogi, and chapchae. .............. The advantages of having a Korean wife.

The disadvantage is that everything in my refrigerator smells like kimchee.
