Pumpkin pie - with whip cream. Made a pie last week but no whip cream. And I wasn't going to drive 60 or 100 miles for a $2 can of foam.

Oh... and turkey gravy on turkey. With a wood stove baker. And salad.

"I don't always make turkey gravy, but when I do, it's epic!"

I never have been a fan of turkey gravy or brown gravy like people put on mashed taters. Only gravy I really like is white gravy (sawmill gravy if you will), I can sop that **** up like a sponge on biscuits, eggs, country fried steak, country fried chicken, etc.

Cast iron skillet, bacon and/or sausage grease, flour, milk, salt and pepper. MMmmmmmmm mmmmmmm good.

I like different kinds of gravy with different stuff. Mashed taters with brown or sawmill gravy. Grits always with sawmill. Rice goes with brown gravy if there's meat in it, or sawmill without.

Gravy is like bacon. It's all good. I absolutelyfreakinlove gravy from a roast. I love it in every way. It's rich and salty and brown. Good on taters and better sopped up with a fresh roll.

We used to have a good roast once a month on Sunday. I could barely sit through church thinking about that gravy waiting for me at home. My dad was the master at thickening it just right.

Beef short ribs browned in olive oil and then roasted with carrots, celery, onions, garlic, tomato paste, thyme and plenty of red wine. Unbelievable!!!!

Never have cared for gravy (of any kind) on mashed taters.

Schlotzskys.

Not a fan of brown gravy unless it's the kind Gary spoke of. But that's not what everyone else considers brown gravy. What most think of is stuff like the KFC crap they put on their potato flakes.

Cream gravy is much preferred.
