No. Well I've seen bits and pieces of it through the years but don't remember much about it.

The founder's name is Del Pappas. Although probably both first and last names are probably much longer than that more like Pappadapolous. One of his sons played football for A&M in the 80's.

Just had the first sandwich in weeks.

Kristy found some gluten free bread in the frozen section and it wasn't half bad. I did toast it to make it more normalish.

I didn't read the label but I'll check later. She did say it was made in Houston and I asked if it was Udi's and she said it wasn't but she did almost buy that.

Maybe Ezekiel? Made from sprouted wheat instead of grain in the health nut frozen section. Not bad but kind of cardboardish unless you toast it like you said.

Made a big pot of my home made bean soup (with smoked sausage, carrots, potatoes, and onion). Looking forward to leftovers!
