It's not hard it's just time consuming and the hardest part is the dressing because of all the prep work. But still when you sit down to eat it the juice is worth the squeeze.

The hardest part of cooking a turkey is the torture of that delicious smell of that turkey cooking for hours before you can actually sit down and eat it Other than that, it's really easy. You should try it sometime.

I'm just not a big fan of turkey unless its deep fried or smoked. And I want the dark meat, you can keep the white.

Burgers and Conecuh on the grill tonight.

Pork roast in the wretched crock pot.

Luckily there's some ribs leftover from last night.

Yeah,......I'm not crazy about roast pork in the crock pot myself.

How does a Greek family manage to do so well in all different ethnic foods? All of their restaurants are great.

I don't know, but it seems that a large percentage of restaurants that I've been to that I thought was outstanding ends up being owned by a Greek family. All over the country I've experienced that, regardless of the type of restaurant.
