I saw that and I'll probably try it this year. My pie recipe actually comes from South Carolina by way of my roommate in the Marines. I tried it the first winter holiday I spent back at home and have been hooked ever since. It's not good for you but the best, most southern desserts never are.

Yeah. The wife makes them both ways, peeled for guests and unpeeled when it's just us.
