Look what I found at Texas Motors today! It looks good in Redfire. MSRP was $31,000.

Judging from the front bumper, side scoops and rear bumper (the fins underneath); that's a California Special edition. Guess they really charge for it.

Gaw...I love those rims and exhaust tips though!!!

Yep! I would love to have the front and rear bumper/valance. The pics came out better than I thought they would. I used my new camera phone(Samsung A-900).

Talking

Hello,

I should have checked in long before now but I did not have a mustang, that is until now. I picked up my 07 Vert and I am ready to roll. This is my 2nd Mustang, I had a 94 GT but only owned it for 2 years. I was thinking about going to hooters this Thursday and was wondering if anyone else was going to be there?

I look forward to meeting the Fort Worth Crew.

Bob

Welcome BeBeep!

Treadhead goes to the Hooters thing, but I haven't yet...and doesn't look like I will be anytime soon.

I'm back!!! Man, if it wasn't for the kids and my job, I think I might have just stayed in Florida. Just got in this morning after driving straight thru. Might be worth the money to fly next time. I put about 2600 miles on the rental car. I'll post a few pics later.

Hey BeBeep, Glad to see ya made over to this thread and congrats on getting the car finally! I'll be at Hooters this Thursday. Let me know if your going and I'll keep an eye out for ya.

2006GT500- I've been out of town so I have no idea if the GT/CS is still there. I'll try to check it out though since it's right around the corner from me.

Welcome back and nice pics! Looks like your daughter is showing interest in fast cars already! The down side of starting the new job is I went from 3.5 weeks of vacation to 2 weeks...and since I started mid-year, I only have 1 week! Gotta save that for the holidays...so no cool summer trips for me.

I close on the Sherman house tomorrow and we're gonna paint the inside on Saturday. Wanna help?

I'm not a painter, I'm a lover! HAhaha!

That sucks about the lost vacation time but, you're young so you don't need a vacation. How is the felt problem on your car working out? Mine is still okay so hopefully I'll make it thru the summer.

I had to cut about 1/4 of the length on the driver's side from the rear toward the front. The rest is ok so far and the passenger side is ok. Dunno what happened... I need to get a length again and replace what I cut out.

If I can find the leftover piece, you can have a section of it. The big problem is gonna be finding it since I can't remember where I put it. I'll let ya know if I find it.

I just shot that Moleskin an email to validate the heat issue. If they convince me, I'll order that up.
Might have to swing by your place again for your "pulling power".

On the other side...did some work on the new house. I grossly underestimated how much work was in store for me/us. Moving "some" gravel ended up being 6-7 cubic yards of it...yeesh. And we only managed to paint one room and prime two others.

Let me know what the moleskin people say and let if/when you need my "pulling"power.

Did you transport that gravel in the trunk of your car? It's too much work to move anymore although I might have to soon. This house is too much money for me these days. Gotta find me a Hooters girl to move in with me.

Duan,

I can't guarantee anything but we developed and produce this moleskin especially for this auto's. It is made to withstand very high heat and humidity.

When you buy kit make sure you follow the detailed instructions very closely. I don't think you will have a problem.

Thanks again!

James

I went ahead and ordered some. We'll see how long it takes to deliver and when I'll have the free time to use your guns.

Trunk...hardy har har...
You should see the pile I have out back! It'd take several trips using BOTH our cars.

And if you want another house...I know a great one on the east side of Fort Worth. I have it priced to sell! $136.5K! And if you go with the Relo company's mortgage outfit, there's "special financing" incentives.
