Just let me know when you need my "guns."

While I probably need a new house, there are not enough incentives anywhere to get me to move on up to the Eastside.

Awww...but my eastside is nice. Pratically zero crime on our street again...now that most of the building hub-bub is settled down.

I'll contact ya about the moleskin. Just spent last night at the new house cleaning and priming some walls for painting. Was nice...I slept till 6:15am and I was sleeping in!

Haha, I slept in until 5pm yesterday! Of course I didn't go to bed until 9am.

Jeez. How does you internal clock adjust from working nights to being awake during "normal" hours (your days off)?

I keep the same schedule on my days off unless it's necessary for me to be on normal hours. It's much easier on the body if don't keep changing back and forth. It took me about 4 days to get back to staying up all night after getting back from vacation.

I hear ya...I screw myself on the weekends by "sleeping in" till 8am and staying up to midnight...then have to try to get back to the 5am wake up routine.

Y'all should've been at Hooters last night! There was a kid there with Daddy's brand new Shelby GT 500. Just picked it up Tuesday. It was Black with white stripes and look awesome. The hood looks much better in person. I have some junky camera phone pics that I'll post later when I get them off my phone.

Yeah, it was funny watching them check out the car like they knew what they were doing!

FYI---The Yellow Rose Car Show sponsored by the North Texas Mustang Club is this weekend at Will Rogers. It was pretty nice last year and I think there is supposed to be a GT500 on display.http://www.ntmc.org/yellowrose/

Going to a car show?

For those of y'all reading this who are not on DFWStangs, they are already organizing for the Laps for Charity event at Texas Motor Speedway 9-9-06. http://www.dfwstangs.net/forums/showthread.php?t=294399. $25 for three laps and it goes to the Speedway Childrens Charity Fund.

Hopefully everyone reads their PM's so we can get as many Mustangs there as possible.

Blue Knight-- Joel, I tried to send you a PM and an E-mail but I was rejected both times.

The moleskin came in. With the length of it, I wouldn't be surprised if we could do both of our cars with it. Its long enough to do both windows, but is like 1.25" wide. Even the directions say "you may want to cut it in half along the length due to the width."

Cool! Let me know when you want to replace it. I think i'll leave mine alone until it tries to come off on it's own.

You're, apparantly, the only one with free time!
I like that Sonic Blue Cobra. Nice!

Almost done painting the main stuff. Will just have the bathrooms to go, but we can do those after we move in (which will be the 25th).

Probably my first "fun" day out again will be the TMS Laps. Probably spend the next few weekends after moving day unpacking!

Gee, sounds like fun! I'm dreading the day I ever have to move again which I'm sure I'll have to in order to free up extra money. The big problem now is finding money to fix my place up to sell it. I really hate moving. Oh well, I'll see ya at the track.

Ya...totally not looking foward to moving day. I'll be glad when I'm all settled in though.

Housing market took a dive, too. Houses are selling for less than they did a year ago.
