Much easier than days past....back in the day I had to get on the phone and put someone in their place who played professional victim and felt they could threaten to sue everyone as a means of intimidation...then when I called him out on it in person he sounded like a whimpering dog on the speaker phone....ah yes, the good old days! Don't miss that nonsense at all!
