This pool has just about kicked my *** already. Got the cover off the other day and it was filthy so I had to scrub it and lay it out to dry. Then the freakin' pool was greener than I've ever seen it and frogs had set up a damned colony in it, just full of tadpoles. Finally got the plugs out of everything and got it running and full of shock and other chemicals then the breaker for the pump kicked out and wouldn't turn back on. It had gone bad, and it was an odd size so Home Depot, Ace, etc. didn't have one so I had to go all the way to the next town to an industrial supply to get one.
It had so much algae and tadpoles and **** in it that I've been having to constantly clean the baskets and backwash the filter and top the water back off, and even after 3 days of constant running its still so milky that I can't see the bottom enough to tell whats down there and vacuum.
I'm about ready to hire a pool boy or just fill this ****er in, lol.

Ours was full of tadpoles last year too. I haven't had a chance to start on it yet this year. I'm usually the one who has to do all the work and maybe get in it two or three times all summer.

Glad I just had a pedi then!
Glad you finally made it. Were you able to figure out where that stretch of road was on 77 that I was talking about?
Sorry you didn't get it
And that is why I don't have a pool anymore!

The only difference is that the temp aint 90° here. Oh and this truck stop is smaller too with only a McDonalds as a food source
I believe I did see where you were talking about. Even tho I went thru there around 9am or so it still had some fog hangimg around. Wasnt bad enough to slow down but I can see there being wrecks from the fog since that area had a few curves in it

How do you reckon those tadpoles get in there, anyway? Is it an in-ground pool? Do you ever see a potential egg-layer in there? Ink-wiring minds want to know!

A Man Just Needs Some....
Drilled them out but first you need to punch the center pin of the rivet through. Hammer and center punch on the rivet attached to the glass. Geez thats some dumb engineering. Put it all back together with bolts and nuts. Guessing Ford must think that cable and plastic guides will last forever. Sheesh.
