Little 2.7 quake that originated right underneath us. I swear even the small ones get our adrenaline going over here. It's paralyzing when you can hear it coming a few blocks away, and then it hits. For just a few seconds, you don't breathe, you can't move. Heart pounding.

Usually you don't feel -3's. But you're on top of that bowl of jello.

Yeah we were right on top of it. Funny I was texting my buddy right after and I said it felt like it was about a 3.0...a 2.7 was close enough haha

Oddly enough, we actually have them in SC every now and then. Nothing large though.

Well, mostly not large.

There's really nothing here. There's a really small spot in western MN that gets some really tiny ones, but that's it.

1886 Charleston earthquake - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
We have one here occasionally too, last one was a year or so ago. Have had a few that rattled dishes and pictures over the years and had one about 5 years ago that woke me up that was rattling the house like a loud clap of thunder would.

First one I remember was when I was a little kid, was at my grandma's house during the summer and it shook some knickknacks off of shelves.

It's been okay so far except for the tranny acting weird, but that's a work in progress for a lot of owners. An update was released to new builds two days after mine was built. I told the dealer to do it before delivery but something tells me they didn't. Either that or it's still going through the learning process.

790 miles on it now.
