Must be something about Mustangs and Raptors. Ran into a high school buddy I have not seen in over 30 years. In high school he had a sweet '65 Mustang. Now he has a convertible 64- 1/2 and his main ride is a Raptor

I have been drawing and meeting and drawing and meeting and closing and selling and signing and rinse and repeat.


Gotta make hay while...I forget the rest.


Signed 2 contracts this week. Closed three houses this month. Verbally sold another this morning and have 10 houses to draw ASAP.
