Some kind of fly (deer fly, small horse fly or something) bit me on the back today just below my shoulder blade toward my side. Flew off before I could swat it and it hurt like hell. Started itching for a while and left two red welts. Didn't think anything else about it and went on with the day.

By this evening that muscle right there in that area is so damned sore it hurts to move my arm, sore all the way through my armpit and into my breast. Don't know what it was but it did a hell of a number on me.

We have horse and deer flies like mad around here in the summer for a month and a half. Forget about going outside unless you want to be swarmed.

Nathan and Gary, I saw this recipe for gluten free chocolate chip cookies today and figured I'd post the link in case you were interested. I don't know anyone that tried them so I don't know if they are good but here you go:

Oh, and I'm working today too Also disappointed that another year for Carlisle is here and I can't make it......again. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow.

Working as well. The weather here isn't so great, but my plans were messed up anyway. We work halfdays on Fridays, and since my sister's graduation is this afternoon I was going to take the day off and play some golf this morning, only to find out the club had a tournament going on. So I came in to the office.

BTW I'm glad to announce Gluten was not my problem

My colon was the problem so I've been eating white bread without issue. They don't want me to have while grains until after the reversal.

Nah, it was definitely a fly of some kind. And it must have bitten me twice, left two places about an inch apart. The muscle is not as sore today but it still hurts a little.

That's hilarious...and not exactly untrue.
