Man Dennis I pray you don't have to go through this. It's not unbearable but it ain't a picnic either.
I wish I knew at what point of my life I could have changed things and avoided this. But my life is changed now and I'm gonna be better for it.

the original owner of my car smoked in it, I've counted 3 burns 
it took me awhile to get the smell out and I'd hate to put it back, leather replacement seat covers are on my to do list for it. BTW this convo reminds me; my bastard friend never got my cigarillos after I paid him! I need to pay him a visit...

Hey Jill,
Just made my first attempt at the pecan pie muffins, got everything mixed up and was almost finished spooning the batter into the pan and realized I forgot to add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla like I was going to try. Even had the spoon out to do it with and still forgot.

Oh they turned out great. Sooooo freakin' good, everybody loved them. Can't wait to make them again with the vanilla and see how they turn out.

You are now a non-smoker, you see yourself as a non-smloker, you hang out with non-smokers, you ARE a non-smoker! (Progam your sub-conscious along with your definite actions. 
)Its really sad - I was over at my friends this winter and they see what I look like compared to before and my voice is raspy and half volume. I look and sound like two different people. Even though I feel great, my mirror sucks!! lol
Though I don't have lung cancer (never smoked other than a bit around hs, some miscellaneous till '85, an occassional cigar around a camp fire), the open chest surgeries, radiation, chemo... they treat thymic carcinoma with the same procedures as lung cancer because they don't have any other ideas (extremely rare, little money for research). Yet she picked up smoking - and so did her kids (20's) and they'd go out on the porch to smoke. I'm thinking HEY - take a good look at me - you're looking in your future mirror!! Dumb dumb dumb...
I finally said something last month but doubt it will sink in... it rarely does. (Lee!
) I told her if you have to, at least do the vapor instead of crappy cig smoke.
