I wish you get well and beat this before it gets any further.
It's hard for me to even figure out what is causing it. Most of what I shouldn't eat I don't like anyway, so that's easy! I may just try a week of bland just to see if it changes anything and work back into it from there.

Just get the TMI vinyl Mach 1 covers from Late Model Resto. $450 for front and rear, $300 for the Cobra/Mach 1 front seat foam kits. $750 before forum discount and you have brand new seats that are more durable than the leather!

lol, they will still be good anyway! I still haven't made them. I am trying to avoid too many extra calories and I don't want all of the walking and squats I've been doing to go to waste!

Oh they turned out great. Sooooo freakin' good, everybody loved them. Can't wait to make them again with the vanilla and see how they turn out.

If I waited until I was normal, I'd never see anyone.

Thinking about that trip makes me realize how lucky Gary really was. That thing goes on the road, he's going to have a hard time surviving it. Count your blessings Gary!

Excellent! You are now a non-smoker, you see yourself as a non-smloker, you hang out with non-smokers, you ARE a non-smoker! (Progam your sub-conscious along with your definite actions. )

Its really sad - I was over at my friends this winter and they see what I look like compared to before and my voice is raspy and half volume. I look and sound like two different people. Even though I feel great, my mirror sucks!! lol
Though I don't have lung cancer (never smoked other than a bit around hs, some miscellaneous till '85, an occassional cigar around a camp fire), the open chest surgeries, radiation, chemo... they treat thymic carcinoma with the same procedures as lung cancer because they don't have any other ideas (extremely rare, little money for research). Yet she picked up smoking - and so did her kids (20's) and they'd go out on the porch to smoke. I'm thinking HEY - take a good look at me - you're looking in your future mirror!! Dumb dumb dumb...
I finally said something last month but doubt it will sink in... it rarely does. (Lee! ) I told her if you have to, at least do the vapor instead of crappy cig smoke.
