It will not void your warranty to add Boss302 side exhaust. I have it on my car as well

So I put about 75 miles on it this weekend.
A few more observations.
1 - Lopey idle is about perfect, don't get me wrong. It's just that, from the posts/reviews of others, I expected more up/down rpm and more shake - it's not that big a deal - and you have to point it out to non car folks! - It's fine though - don't get me wrong.
2 - Idle sometimes takes more than 130 seconds to kick in - I've had it take a full 20 seconds more. ALSO, the docs say that temp has to be 170 or over for idle to transition. For me, it's closer to 180.
3 - I was totally freaked out when, in lopey idle, my RPM/Rev limiter was acting ALL GOOFEY. I was in my garage and later, at a light, trying to engage lopey idle when my car was sputtering / rev limiting as I tried to run up the RPMs. Just had to think about it some. Turns out, lopey idle had JUST engaged (I hadn't yet realized it) AND my new launch control had been set at 2,000 rpm. I changed that to 5,000 for now (I'm not racing it) and issue solved.
4 - Again, car runs up through the RPMs / shifts MUCH more seamlessly with the Track Cal AND the MGW. The best analogy I can give is it is like the difference between a new, tight car and a sloppy 100k stick shift.
Oh.....and the MGW is pure gold.

Can anyone with tire size 245/45/19 tell me what RPM = Revolutions per mile they have there car set up with? That is if you have a procal tool. Online tools say it should be 729 but Ford Racing had told me it was 753 which seems a bit high to me. Thank you in advance.

Better video than the last.
~SOUND IS VERY QUIET, TURN UP YOUR VOLUME AND THE VOLUME ON THE VIDEO ITSELF. Sounds best if you have an updated sound system on your computer.

I held the gears longer so you can hear the difference in the engine braking on decel with the Track Cal Tune. You can also hear a hint of the lopey idle before I take off.

Try the video again?
When I clicked on the picture, I just got a thumbnail version of the pic and no video. Would love to hear because I'm considering purchasing!

I would love to share mine at idle but can't figure out how to attach video either. I don't think the iPhone app lets you. I can email mine to whom ever wants to hear it. I have the Corsa extreme axel backs on mine and love it.

I also added a link to the post for those of you that couldn't get it to work.

So is the track key tune only for 93 octane or can it also be set to adjust? Does the K&N filter come with the key or is that just a package that some are putting together? Everyone still think this is the way to go?

I believe the TracKey requires 91 & up octane. (It comes with a sticker for the inside of the gas door that reads "91+".)
Also, the "kit" (normal Trackey purchase) includes the K&N Filter.

I have heard that others have called Ford Racing and were told to run the 93 tune. If they got detonation, the next step is to install an oil separator. If that doesn't work then have the dealer run the modified tune.

I have installed a Moroso Oil Separator in preparation for the Track Key. I have been running 91 octane non-ethanol fuel in it. I have not found anywhere in my area that sells 93 octane fuel (ethanol or non-ethanol). I would probably have to find some Jet fuel to get there or add some octane booster. Really would like to get the key, but have it set for 91 octane fuel. I have heard some of the ProCal tunes are being set to auto adjust, is that an option with the key?

On adding Octane booster, does anyone know how to figure the ratio? I also want to turn 91 to 93, but I don't know what the octane of the booster would be. I also don't want to make a higher octane than can be tuned automagically by the engine.

There are no settings to change. (at least with the TracKey.)
I wouldn't worry - the car has knock sensors & can adjust the timing on its own. It can definitely adjust to compensate for two points of octane.
FYI - you may have been kidding, but don't put "jet fuel" or Av-gas, or any fuel not specifically formulated for automotive use in your car (or any car). There may be additives or significant differences in the fuel characteristics that could damage the engine or rubber/plastic components or the catalytic converters.

Further to my other question: Suppose there is a gas station that sells 91 octane and 100 octane. I want 93 octane. Do I use an equation like 91x + 100y = 93? This yields a 1:50 ratio. Or is octane more complicated than that?
