They're not just "canned" tunes, they're built custom by our team, so every once in a while it's possible we mess one up! We'll definitely get it straightened out for you, though!

Are you still running the Bama tune? If so, please shoot me a PM with your order number included and I'll have our head tuning specialist reach out to you directly. I don't want your experience with Bama to leave a sour taste in your mouth. So, if you're still running the Bama tune I'll make sure your tune is adjusted and you're taken care of. If you're no longer running the tune and haven't received a refund, I'll make sure that is squared away also.

I look forward to speaking with you! Also, I understand you just tied the knot and went on your honeymoon. Congratulations, that is incredible! I hope you had a wonderful time and I wish you and your husband all the best.

Shoot me a PM with your shipping address, I'd like to send over a little wedding gift from AmericanMuscle!

No longer using Bama tunes, unfortunately. Wife would LOVE a wind deflector for our convertible though. Think about it /wink

I too am no longer using Bama----> Steeda sent me a tune and wow. I am very impressed. A totally new car, man she screams. The power just keeps climbing in every gear. and the sound - man she sounds completely different. I was debating taking off my resonators before this tune. I have decided to keep them in now. Plus the tune is unlocked and i have the ability to adjust parameters now. Thanks TJ.
BAMA or Dan has yet to respond to me.

The problem is Bama which is only ok compared to A.M. which is great. I just installed my ported & polished upper & lower intakes along with my new Bama tune and the car actually got slower! I'm going to try out MPT. This is not the first time I've gotten a new tune from them and the car was slower and had less power than before.

WOW! I've had the exact same thing happen in my bama tuned car as well.

It's only happened twice now in like 20,000 miles.
Both times it happened right after a warm start, had to turn TC off to get it to stop. Weird

Has the Bama Team taken care of this for you since your troubles? If not, please let me know. I'll have the lead Bama calibrator work with you to resolve any efficiencies you're experiencing!

Just send me your First/Last name and shipping address. We'll be able to get this situation in no time!

FromZto5,

I do apologize for our absence in this thread. However, I promise you if any one of us was aware it was in existence, we would have absolutely been here to help! Customer Service is our #1 priority no matter what the situation is. Unfortunately, we truly dropped the ball by not finding the thread until it's weeks old. On a normal basis, I prefer to find threads of this caliber (or any caliber) within the first 3 hours, not weeks.

This was still our fault for not being available when in need. Now that we're aware and present, I see no reason to fix what we still can and move forward in a positive direction. Which, I feel we are and will continue to do!

If there's anything I can assist you with personally. Please let me know. I truly want to clear the air between us!

Shane
I am still waiting for a response. I've called, I've pMd you more than a handful of times. Left all my info, concerns, issues, as requested.
Week after week goes by.
I would like a full refund as well. I am completely disappointed with BAMA and have wasted far too much time and effort.

PLEASE CONTACT Me BACK!!!

Don't the Bama tuners come with 3 FREE custom tunes?

How do you refund free?

Last time I checked bama and AM don't manufacture hand held performance tuners. They use the same performance tuner devices as we all use, Sct, Diablo. That's not Bama fault the tuner doesn't work.

Just call AM customer service and get a return label. They are pretty quick with that......box your tuner up, mail it back and I'm sure they will refund your money.

It's not the the device at fault but rather the ones putting the faulty tunes on it. Are you going to blame the device in the SVT thread?

Thanks. I purchased the tuner through AM. They are responsible for the product purchased. I have contacted SCT and have troubleshooted the tuner. I would like for it to be replaced or refunded.
I love when you guys say just call them. I would have never tried that.
I would never just box up my 500 dollar tuner and just send it to them without confirmation or a return label.

If your hand held tuner is not working then yes AM would be responsible to send you a device that works correctly but they are not SCT and the manufacture. If the device is faulty then that's the fault of Sct not AM. That faulty hand held tuner would of come faulty the same had that faulty tuner ship to MPT or Steeda instead of AM. AM doesn't manufacture and produce its very own AM performance tuner.

I'm confident if you speak with AM they will gladly exchange your faulty tuner with a proper working hand held tuner or just have a refund for the whole tuner and go with another tunning company. Try MPT or Steeda then.

This is ALL THAT MATTERS. If you're the company selling a product, whether it's made by you or not, you support it, you stand by it. You work with your customers on fixing.

I'm glad you spoke up. You're not the only one that this has happened to by them. They come on and try to save face, but yet the resolve and actions needed is still not done. Pathetic.

Did you not read what he posted above? He's attempted to contact them NUMEROUS times and no avail. Hence the issues at hand.
