I'm guessing since he isn't seeing it in the front 3/4 shot, it must be at the back of the car.

My guess is a 5.0 badge located at the lower left corner of he trunk lid, sort of like the 99-04 GT models.

I hope not, the 5.0 badge on the sides is enough for me. I just want it to say GT in the back (faux gas cap) and no other badging

I agree with that. Maybe even 5.0 on the faux gas cap.

I'm thinking slightly modified rear fascia and 1/2" larger exhaust tips.

Maybe square tips like the Camaro. Now that the V6 has dual exhaust, have to be able to distinguish the V6 from the 5.0 from a distance...

TrackPack should be mandatory on these cars...with a more advanced TrackPack for even more capability..shall we say a set of Motons! I jest of course.

Dave, If I had to guess I would say they look like 235's and are not the production wheels & tires that are standard on the vehicle, hoping that I'm not wrong. I noticed the Track-pack set comes with the 255's which I think would be the Minimum based on the power rating of the vehicle. If I had my way or if it where an option I would gladly pay extra for a set with 245 or 255's up front and nothing less than 275's out back.

Motons, that would be sweet , but I think most would have a heart attack once they got to the check box that has the price of that option. LOL

I figured it was just a 2010 Mustang with a PS'd 5.0 badge on the car. However, I wouldn't be surprised if the base GT with 421hp would come with those skinny tires.

I guess we find out Monday...can't wait.

They should just do Clean 2 1/2 " SS diagonal cut off. It is Clean, it looks good and it has become kinda classic.

You can already distinguish a 2011 v6's stock exhaust from a 2010 GT...
It's an exhaust tip inside of another exhaust tip

Yeah obviously, to us, it's obvious. But from a distance you'll just see dual exhaust, not to mention once a V6 owner throws some chrome tips on. But then again, it may not be a big deal to distinguish between the models. The Camaro doesn't...

I am with you. That 5.0 badge doesn't work for me. The "GT" badge looks better. I'd probably take my "Powered By Ford" badges and stick them on.

Im with you. The powered by ford badges are just pure sex. The 5.0 badge is a bit cheesy to me. By the way, where did you get the powered by ford badges??

c'mon people, let the "Type R" kids argue about badges! Badges can be swapped in 5 minutes, the car has 412 HP!!! They could put "powered by VTEC" on it and I'd still be all over it!

"Batchez? Batchez? We don't need no stinking ..."

Actually, there are many important badges -
a) Badge of Honor
b) Merit badges
c) Badge of Courage
d) 5.0 on the 2011 Mustang GT

See?
