Nice! I'm trying to get my dad to trade his 2008 Fusion for an ecoboost just like that, but with an auto so my mom can drive it too. He's retired - don't you think it's time he has another sports car??

Main reason was from where that chick hit me. I just couldn't get over it being wrecked. I've always liked turbo cars had a 89 coupe with the motor out of the turbo thunderbird! I really love the look of the 15 the build quality is so much better. And saving on gas is not a bad thing.

I consider the panigale my last kick at the can as far as extreme crotch rockets go. I see a night rod in my future, or possibly a xDiavel. I have a new set of racing leathers coming in a couple weeks, but find my need for speed fix on bikes has greatly diminished. the need for chiropractic care seems to increase the more i ride lol

I think I remember your thread/post about it. Was it the one where we were wonder if there was any frame damage/etc. and they fixed it anyways? I hear ya though. I had a G35 once that I loved. Accident on the door, they fixed and repainted. It was never the same. I got rid of it a month later. Just wasn't the same. If something happened to Marilyn now, don't know what I'd do. So I hear ya. Sorry to hear that.

Yea they fixed it like you said it wasn't the same after! What sucked the most was it killed the trade in value. I couldn't claim depreciated value.

I bought a 1989 Probe LX new in 1989. Before the first payment was due, a tree fell on it during a thunderstorm. Damage was extensive ($6000 worth on a $12000 car), but the insurance company had it repaired instead of totaling it out. I drove it another 10 months and traded it on a 1990 Probe GT. Like you, I just felt it wasn't the same after the repair, even though it looked fine and drove ok. I drove the '90 for 8 years and 130K miles.

Dang! Sorry to hear that. So not only was it not the same, but you actually lost money in the trade due to the accident and you couldn't claim depreciated value!??? Dude that sucks.
