Last thing I saw...as I gunned my exhaust while pulling back onto the highway...was her flipping me off with both hands (happens to me a lot with prius drivers, as another thread details a similar episode just yesterday involving a mangina and his hurt feelings) and the officer whipping out his cuffs and placing her under arrest. I chuckled.

How do I know she was a hippie? Tie-dye shirt, dreads, **** racing her belly button to her crotch--and winning--and I could smell the mary jane off her from 20 yards away.
All I wanted from the Prius that was tailgating me was for him to give me some room, you think slowing down then putting space between us and maintaining speed limit would have been a sufficient clue but I guess not...

Set the length as close to the stock one as I could figure it, for now, until I can get the car on a drive-on lift.
Quick test drive, love it.
Didn't expect to feel anything, just wanted to make sure there were no unwanted noises.
Didn't expect the firmer feeling from the rear of the car when accelerating.
Love it.

It's a beefy work of art, especially when compared to the puny factory parts, but even when compared to the Steeda unit I had in there:

It's kind of a shame that it's hidden under the car:

Gabe... overall, you like it though? Other than firmer feel, anything else you noticed that makes it "better" than stock? I know it looks beefier/more stout than the stock part, I get that. But I'm wondering if it's worth me upgrading to it, especially since I don't track or race it. Is it worth it?

Also, post-install, are there any issues with squeaking or rattling or any sounds?

No noises, no squeaking, no rattling.

The adjustability it offers is good for lowered cars since you can adjust the pinion angle to eliminate vibrations.
I've been fighting a driveline vibration from 95+ almost the whole time I've had the car, and it was worse with the 1-piece DSS in there.

The GT500 came with the same stock UCA and LCA as the 5.0 did in '13, and a video of them under launch from a stop is terrifying. If your rear end is under any kind of additional torque at all, an upgrade on the control arms is absolutely essential for stability and strength. I have the poly/metal bushings so mine is louder and noisier but a bit stiffer than the all-poly bushing version, but I do put mine on the track often. I will actually be going to all-metal bushings soon as even these are not strong enough to control all of the TQ/HP mine puts out and I need it to be in order for the watts link and the rest of the rear suspension to function optimally.

The stock control arms looked like cardboard in a stiff wind.

Yeah the first time I experienced axle hop I was horrified.
I couldn't believe that Ford would let the car be sold with a suspension that allowed that to happen.

Interesting... what if I never launch from a stop? Yes, I truly baby the car. LOL. From a roll I sometimes catch myself unleashing the hounds... but for the most part I drive like a grandma hehe.

If you take corners hard under acceleration, you'll want upgraded control arms. If you goose it on the on-ramp and push more tha 500ft-lbs to the rear wheels, the better control arms will provide stability you will have to feel to believe. They're worth the expense, easily.
I would do what Gabe did were I you, because his wont create the noise translation that mine do.

Looks great Burton!

Yesterday I finally installed the BMR Watts Link I've had for almost 8 months.

Brief test drive after, I love it.
Can't wait to drive the car some more, throw it into some more corners!!!!

Mine does that. The low pressure area behind the car when it is moving sort of sucks the dust onto the rear.

Today I showed my mustang to my cousin who'd never seen it afore. He liked it.
I didn't drive it though because the day demanded I get out on the bike and feel the exhilaration. There's always tomorrow though
