Nothing done to either Mustang in the last few days, but yesterday the Tundra got some love as I changed the oil & filter, rotated the tires and lubed up the grease fittings in the driveshafts and front stabilizer links.
Today it was the Subaru's turn ... oil & filter change, tire rotation, lube all 4 stabilizer links.
Both vehicles got Amsoil 5w30 full synthetic oil, Wix oil filters, and synthetic grease.

Love having my own driveway to do this kind of work in!

Awesome Gabe! I did all that to Marilyn a couple weeks ago. The beaters will get some lovin' this summer.

Well took the opportunity and got the correct dash kit, worked out perfectly, drove the truck to do it, then need a couple screws and washers, all went smooth (too smooth I fact that I was concerned about not having any set backs which is usual) but so far so good, here is the p0rn

Still getting compliments on my new Stang wherever I go, today it was a guy asking me to see it in the home depot parking lot.

Told him it was just the base model with the little 2.3L ecoboost 4 cylinder in it and then told him it had 310hp, 320 torque, awesome handling and got 28 miles to the gallon, he liked it, lol.

Took the intake tube and 3 other parts to the hydro-dipper to have his way with them.
Car is undrivable, again, for 2 more weeks

All under the hood.
Might do the colored calipers this year but otherwise the outside of done.
Love the reaction I get from people when they see the stuff under the hood

Gawked at mine in the garage while taking the trash out for trash day tomorrow.
Gave a wink and said,...We'll see you this weekend! (It's supposed to be pretty nice out. HOPEFULLY!)
I still can't believe I have a Roush Stage 3 sometimes. I NEVER thought I would own a Ford. Never say never I guess! lol

I looked at mine as I left for work today. Waiting on another new set of tires, before I can drive again.

I checked all the tires for proper inflation maybe soon I'll take her out. It's been about two weeks of crappy weather!

Yeah, so much for taking advantage of an early Spring. It's been warm but too wet for too long. Looks like the rest of the week and next are gonna be great though.....even top-down maybe.

We're finally getting some awesome weather rest of this week. 60s/70s and sunny. Much better than the random snow and cold we've been having. Got a bunch of shows/meets this weekend, so I can't wait!

Yesterday my buddy came by with his new GT350 and I popped my s550 cherry in it hahaha. I had never driven an s550 until he let me drive it. Can you imagine? The clutch was absolutely horrendous. He said it should break in some, but he already has a Steeda clutch spring on order. Other than that...he has the Tech Package so it has the Magneride. Holy crap that is the best riding car I've ever been in. Ever. I cringed going over bumps that would send my car bouncing all over the place. Instead the car surprised me by going right over them with the grace of an S-Class Mercedes. That being said, my car definitely feels faster, at least to 5k rpm, which is as high as I felt comfortable pushing someone else's brand new car. Let me tell you...THAT SOUND. OMFG THAT SOUND. It haunts me. I'm not used to having rear mufflers so it's already strange to have that surround sound effect, but THAT SOUND. It's unbelievable. It reminds me of the 03-04 Cobra with Borla Stingers. His car barks, while mine roars. Two very different very insane sounding cars. I love the s550 interior, even his non-Recaro seats. They're more grippy than my all leather Recaros.

Final conclusion - if Ford offered a glass roof on one, I'd sell my car in a heartbeat. Otherwise, I was very happy to get back into my car which has more torque and a real clutch. But...THAT SOUND!!!!

I'll be posting some pics, since we had a nice spirited run through my favorite backroad! Here's a few to get you going.

Sweet looking GT350!!! Awesome cars.
I've heard the same thing about the S550 cars. I heard they can be quite docile. I would love a GT350R, but would definitely need a power adder though, I agree Patrick. I wonder if the new GT500 will have a refresh look on it.

That's awesome bro! I plan on taking mine out on Friday after work sometime as well as it's going to be really nice out and I don't have to do any bodybreaking, I mean, bodybuilding that day. I'll be taking her out Saturday and Sunday as well, hopefully.
(FINALLY, the awesome weather has arrived! Can you smell what I'm cooking bro!?!?! lol )

Well I got to take this out...retired PD Chief is selling it. 2008, 6800 miles. Never driven in rain, always garaged. I'm trying to convince my dad to buy it!

Nice! I wish my dad would even consider buying a mustang. lol

Went for a quick ride tonight and had a sweet foxbody try to get me to race. Was tempting but there were too many cars around for me. Had skinnies up front and huge tires out back. Probably would have lost anyway.

Drove mine to youth group tonight. One of our older church members was waiting for me after I parked. He said boy does that thing sound good.
