What did you do with your Mustang today?

Yep, new 3-phase alternator for a 2010 4.6L (my 2006 had a crappier single-phase). Replacing worn out parts like this (and seeing the brand new shiny one) reminds me that my car's 10 years old now...older than either of my 1st two cars I had in high school & college when I got them. This one's been so much more reliable though.
You're close on the intake -- I did just get the FRPP high performance intake, FRPP throtle body, long tube headers, and SPR cams too
Never got a particularly great video on the dyno, unfortunately...

Nah, I only had the intake/cam work done a week and a half ago. And now that the alternator's fresh, I'm lovin every minute of it :thumb:
Win? If you really want, I guess I can part with one of the used cam phaser bolts...but just one

Got the girlfriend's car out for its maiden voyage after the blower re-install, and we're not even 1/4 mile away from home when the thing starts throwing up "FAILSAFE ENGINE MODE"
Car's running fine, as far as we could both tell (the GF was driving), I pop the hood and check things out, all connectors are clicked on, no vacuum hoses are loose.
We drive it to lunch, on the way back we get a Ck Eng light, code P012B for the supercharger inlet sensor, sensor's plugged in, I check the MAF, it was clean and looked good, throttle body looked clean and worked as expected, felt stupid for not finding the issue.
Drove it home, went to the local car wash, Googled some more and found a post online about the supercharger inlet pressure sensor, how it easily cracks.
So I give it a closer look, ended up finding the problem:
We were close to an O'Reilly's Auto Parts, so we went in, grabbed some silicone tape and some short vacuum lines, cut the broken little tubes apart, stuck the vacuum hose on there and taped it nice and tight, problem fixed!

And yeah, in the end it was an easy fix, but it sucked to track down, especially since the little vacuum tubes/hoses looked intact when briefly looking at them ... the way they sit when installed was holding them together perfectly

That whole hose/tube assembly has recently been handled, removed and reinstalled in the car, as part of the blower removal/reinstall.
Chances are it cracked during the handling, then it just eventually broke.
I couldn't even see it broken or cracked until I removed it off of the EGR valve, since it normally curves itself together.
It broke on the inside of the corner, so when installed it's almost impossible to see it:

Today the GF and I got the engine bays all cleaned up today on both cars, I tried on my car the Ford Racing strut tower brace that my GF was using on her Shelby, it cleared the blower but not the hood, so off it came.
She also got to do a first pass on the outside of the car.
Both cars still need a full vacuum and detail.
Also, the Alcoa wheels are going back on her car before Wednesday when we're driving both cars into Boston for the World of Wheels car show
