Had a great time, nice people and cars.
The location is on a private road, the owner was heard (by me, for sure ) saying that if you ate their food you have to leave rubber when you leave.
Who am I not to comply with such a request?
I promptly laid down twin stripes for about 100 feet.
Gabe, that looks like a great way to spend a day. Do you get many visitors there from the lakes region of western Maine?

It sure was a great time.
Most visitors go to the Lakes region or Maine, from Southern NH, Mass, RI, even Connecticut.
Don't see many from Maine in my area (Southern NH)

No proof of the burnout, nobody was expecting me to do it, nobody knew I was gonna do it except for my wife, and she didn't film it.
This is the only video I have, my wife and I quickly getting onto the main road from the parking lot.

As far as the burnout, my usual is to do a quick clutch dump, then jump on the brake pedal while working the throttle to keep it from bumping off the rev limiter, which comes up very quickly even when it's 7,000 rpm, lol.
If you let go of the brakes a bit you can control a nice long burnout, then let go of the brakes and take off in a smoky wheelspin

This was about 5 years ago, well before the blower.
Recorded by a buddy on his phone, sorry about the quality

Went ahead and reinstalled the stock 3:55 ring and pinion gears, as I didn't feel the need for 4:10 gear ratio with 5 spd manual and Saleen VI blower. Most of my driving is on the highway at cruising speeds and felt that gaining top end at 2000-2500 RPM was more important than gaining low end off the line quicker. At any rate, I'll be listing the 4:10 ring and pinion gears up for sale.

good stuff Rocky. What was the rpm at 60mph cruising with the 4.10 vs the 3.55? Iím at 3.73 and Iím trying to remember where itís at on mine. Under 2k I think

Burton, according to my calculations at 60mph the RPM was 2000 with the 4:10's in 5th gear. At 70mph, RPM was at 2500 in 5th gear with the 4:10's. At 2000 RPM with the 3:55's in 5th gear, my cruising speed increased by 10MPH at 70MPH and at 2500RPM in 5th gear my cruising speed increased by another 10MPH at 80MPH. Therefore with 3:73's I'm guessing you should be under 2000RPM at 60MPH especially if you have a 6-speed manual trans and also with a 5speed manual as well

I tightened up some bolts on the Kooks mid pipes to the side pipes. I was hearing a squeak on accel and decel, hopefully it was one of those.

I change out the dash cluster because my original one wasn't dictating miles or trip. Sooo... the car wouldn't start. So I swapped out the board and had found out it was related to the key that starts the car. Car starts fine and the digital mile counter read outs with replacement cluster. I also found some like new headlights and they polished up nice and found a very clean trunk mat.

Actually, both my 4:10 and 3:55 calculations were way off, Burton. Apparently what went wrong was that I didn't realize I had the wrong revs per mile selected for my tire size in the SCT X4 programmer. Anyhow after reflashing in the correct revs per mile, my actual cruising speeds with 3:55 axle ratio were 55 mph between 1500-1800 rpm in 5th gear and then 60 mph at around 1900 rpm in 5th gear and then finally 75 mph at 2400 rpm in 5th gear. At any rate, I should have definitely paid more attention to say the very least lol.

Took my car out yesterday on a nice day trip with the wife. Went up to Littleton NH, about 2 hours each way.
Ended up putting more than 300 miles on it, and we had a great time doing it
