Took the dog to the vet for an emergency in it. Turns out it wasn't an emergency and he drooled all over the seats for nothing.

Dogs are forgiven. Glad he's OK.

Yeah you're best off with a few light coats, but I'm sure you know that

On my way down to the shop to sit in on the dyno session for my NA build. Keepin fingers crossed for 360RWHP, but I'd be happy with 350.

Trying for a black chrome type look. Covers are from a junk motor, so thought what the heck, give it a try.

Awesome stuff.
Thanks Nathan. I went with the Chemical Guys foam gun. It was 50 bucks and has the quick connect as well.

She took me to Chip Ganassi racing this morning for a tour of the facility, along with the local Mustang Club. Totally bad A** tour. We just missed getting to see 2 new GTs, they had them loaded on the haulers taking them to Sebring FL for the 12 hours of Sebring next weekend. I guess I did see the front end that was 10 feet up. Now I'm going to need to catch the race to see the GT's.

There was a lot of drooling going on. Super nice facility uber clean beautiful tool chests everywhere, they are Snap-On guys. It was their Indy Car shop along with their sport car series. They had 2 prototypes they ran at this years 24 hours of Daytona, back. They were going to tear them down.

They also had bazillion trophies in their reception area, and some were pretty **** ugly.

Finished buffing the left side over the weekend. It rained all weekend so I couldn't drive her anyways. Will finish the right side soon.

Changed her oil. She now has NEW 5W20 amsoil coursing through her veins again.

Also ordered and received 6 - 12 oz bottles of DOT3 Amsoil brake fluid and 3 qts of 75W140 differential oil. Gonna change her fluids soon. Anyone have a DiY for differential oil??? 0W20 oil was for Quincy)

If it's one of the regular stamped steel diff covers, you'll have to remove it to drain the oil, which also means scrapping off any old sealant and applying new stuff. Also, don't forget the friction modifier.

Not that hard Burton ... you installed a supercharger kit, this is nothing.

This is an F150, but same exact method for your car:
