What exactly did you ask Rob? I'd be interested in this design in Gloss White and the height the same as my S-type stripes. If Rob can make it, can you ask him for a 2fer price?
I asked if he could make a custom version of the CS stripe. I asked him to remove the lettering and make it a straight edge at the begining of the stripe. Ohhh changing your mind on the Saleen stripe I see.
Not exactly changing my mind on my S-stripes, but for a few bucks, I'm willing to experiment.

Hey Leo! There's a race for you!... against the State Trooper!
Isn't that his "sooped" up car?? I'd get owned.
More like a beating!

... fine by me since I seem to be the only one with the problem.

(from another Forum)
2005 GT's Curb Weight lists at 3,450 lbs with verts weighing 125 lbs more.

For reference, 89 5.0 coupe was about 3050 pounds.

Don't qoute me but I believe between 3300/3700 depending on vert/coupe and +/- different factory options.

How about some words of encouragement for a possible shaker club padawon?

Yep, so a slight advantage. I'm sure I can get some stuff off of it to make it under 3000!

God I hate playing catch up on this thread, don't you people work?

The weight of the car and the HP difference shouldn't make a difference if you dont' race heads up. There's alot more skill involved running bracket, anyone can build a fast hot rod, but the question you need to ask is if the person can drive!

That is true. But Leo and I would race heads up!

And we go to work, but we really don't work.

Really, I wasn't given a specific date just that the C&L Street inlet pipe should be into him early this week. It could happen Friday, who knows.

Usually yes, but today was a slow day at work. Catching up to this thread is a female dog.

What you guys think of this stripe design PS'd for me on my louver/stripe thread? Cool? Or too V6 like?

edit: Now that I think about it, do they even make a vinyl stripe that actually fades? My luck, it's only paint.

I think it looks great Bill. If you haven't seen the GT/CS stripe's up close, I would suggest that before deciding, as I think it's the closest example of that setup. The stripes on mine work well due to the blue and black colors. Red on white might not go over so well. Real hard to tell from a pic. In person would give you a better idea.
