Nothing like a good grilled cheese. Thick white bread, some Velveeta slices, real butter in a skillet (not margarine) and brown both sides until the cheese melts.

At a University I attended for a while, one of the on campus cafeteria's was known for their grilled cheese.

Oh, that was just a joke, mine would too. I do all the cooking around here and most of the cleaning while she is at work. Yes, I'm pretty much the ***** in the relationship if you transferred it all back to the 60's type mentality. But it works, so I don't complain.

Of course I'd rather be the at home ***** than play the other role. Don't really know what all those women were complaining about back in the day. Ohhhh, I stay at home and take care of the house, ohhh I have to cook the meals, ohhh I have time to stay on the internet all day when I decide to get up, ohh, I have to deal with the kids, blah, blah, blah.

I'd much rather be at home with the kids, cooking meals, keeping the house clean (although I have some OCD issues) than doing a 9-5 under bosses that are ********, sorry ladies, but you screwed the pooch on that part of the women's lib movement.

I'm multi-tasking. Cleaned veggies for 1) carrot/beet/celery juice, 2) carrots & celery & caramelized onion for chicken soup w/rice & black beans & sun-dried tomatoes (for the freezer and tomorrow's lunch), 3) carrots & celery & caramelized onion for tonight's Chinese:

Pork fried rice (with thin sliced broccoli stalk as faux water chestnuts lol) and stir fry pork tenderloin with vegetables (with lengthwise sliced asparagus stalk for faux bamboo shoots lol), almonds sub'd for cashews, sweet & sour sauce.

Now that I've finished the juice for my healthy moment of the day, I can get back to vodka martini's!

You should try the broccoli medium rare like the steak. That soggy green stuff is.... beyond well done.

Wing Stop tonight

Regan drove me to pick them up

Filled up the Mustang already. Well 12 gallons. $40. The Bronco would have been $100 over the same distance.
