Chopped sirloins on the grill, pinto beans with a hamhock, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, fried okra, and cornbread.

No, I'm just a fat ***. But working on it, I just eat small portions of the things I like. Its been working pretty good over the last two years, still need to lose some more this year though.

You have more willpower than me. The only way I can avoid overeating is to not have a lot of food in front of me

Dang, just sampled the beans to see if they were done and holy crap they're fantastic! Best ones I've made in a while, may just skip the other stuff and have beans and cornbread tonight. Then I can fix the other stuff tomorrow night and the beans will be even better after they sit tonight and re-heated tomorrow.

Finally saw the episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives where he goes to Pawley's Front Porch in Columbia, and now I want an Isle of Palms burger!

It's supposed to say burnt. I thought you were making fun of my spelling mistake.
