buddy of mine's dad was a champion cooker back in the day. They'll make a pig every once in a while, it's so friggin good you can't stand it. I love their cooker too. It is built to sandwich the pig, so you can flip it just by undoing the cotter pins and rotating the cook surface, instead of flipping the pig itself.
