You just pick out what you want from the case and for a couple dollars extra they'll cook it for you, fried or blackend. Its delicious, and you can't beat the price.
Those dang Alabama Royal Red shrimp are fantastic. We usually make a trip to orange beach once a year and that's the highlight of my trip every time.

I could go for a barbecued whole rabbit right about now. That's some good eating.

And I prefer Chinese over Japanese unless its hibachi cooking.
I mean, I like cooked too. Blackened snapper is amazing, but I also love fresh caught salmon uncooked.

There aren't too many foods out there I don't care for. I can't really say I have a favorite because it would be too hard to decide. It just depends on my mood really.

Last time I got some stuff from there I got some of those and had them blackend, and got a piece of fish (triggerfish IIRC, she picked it out) and had it fried and it was delicious. I think they charged $2 to cook it, then they just wrap it in butcher paper like they would if you were buying raw fish.

Snapper is a great fish. I won't ruin it blackening though. Slight sear in olive oil with just salt and pepper. Good stuff but you can keep that salmon. Yuck.

Have to say my favorite food is a hunk of seared Foie Gras though. That's some sick evil ungodly stuff right there. Everyone should try it at least once.

It's better you don't know and just order it. Then worry about what it is later. Lol
