We live to eat around here Joe. Best food in the world is here in Nola. Ask anyone who's ever been here. Something you people in communist Cali know nothing about.

Too much kick to use on a good steak. I was amazed how well blue cheese goes on a steak though. If I can get it on a burger I will also.

Yep only takes a tad. I just don't limit it to prime rib. Little dab and a little au jus sometimes. But mostly I eat a steak as is.

Only one place around here ill order prime rib. But they slice it, season both sides and then sear it.

Don't think I have had blue cheese with steak before, but I do like some on a burger.

That's what Outback does with their prime rib.

A place in the nearby town was known for great prime rib for years. Really good! But it has changed owners 2 yrs back and I haven't been able to see if its the same. No $$ for eating out since hay prices went stupid.
