Me either. Everything tastes better on a grill, no matter the temp.

That's what I'm thinking! I grill in the snow and all thru winter. Now granted I don't have -40 so I'm not sure if that would have an effect? I wouldn't think it would change the flavor?

I said s'ghetti, which is a contraction of spaghetti. Sketti, whatever that may be (because I didn't bother finishing the video), is not what I make nor eat.

I know Sketti! I'm from StL but my dad did an AF stint at Lackland. So who knows where that came from?

How is it SA has wild turkey's? Isn't it a barren desert/plains?

It's sits in a transition between a flat plain and what we call "the hill country" here

The difference in geography between the south side of town and the northwest side is pretty big

Interesting... my old man perfected his turkey hen calls there (vocal). Which later became the basis of his/our walnut box calls we made in the basement when I was in HS. Which helped pay for guns and hunting trips.

We could have been turkey commander!!

This. The south side of town is a flat plain, literally. Everything all the way to the coast is flat. The north side of town, especially the northwest, is the southern portion of the more hilly and green areas of central Texas. It's actually quite cold there in the winter and about 5-10 degrees cooler in the Summer as well.

Re: turkey hunting, they're starting to be found a lot down in south Texas and there are seasons being opened up down there for them for the first time in a long time, might be the first time ever (I'm not a bird hunter). You can hear them just about anywhere outside of towns these days.

Ok now I'm really confused? I thought sghetti was just short for spaghetti being that we are in this thread but now you're all saying it is a geographical description?
