This is a great book but I purchased it new from Barnes and Noble for $40.
Why would I use Amazon?

Mexican.
I had gluten free spaghetti tonight at home
Other than having to cook the pasta an extremely long time (11 minutes) I couldn't tell the difference. I think because gluten gives bread elasticity as I understand it, that's not important in pasta.
Also it didn't try to clump together like regular pasta does after it's cooked
I'm definitely eating it again
Mind you neither were fresh pasta so I'm not claiming it's better than that, but perhaps fresh gluten free pasta would be just as good

What brand? We've had some stuff in the past that was really sticky.
