Can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I'm actually a little tired of BBQ brisket. I've made four over the last three weeks and it's pretty much all I've eaten with virtually all my PM meals for the same stretch of time, so perhaps it's time to go with pasta tonight.

Made omelettes with sautéed mushrooms, Swiss and cheddar, honey ham, and cherry tomatoes

I had to make two for all the kids

There's only 6 of us here and I used 20 eggs wtf

Have you thought of using chicken eggs? They come in large and extra large you know...

These were Large

Which is like small as far as grocery store eggs go I guess
