Yes, Ford needs to spend a little on anti-seize for the plugs. Mine were hard to break loose, but they came right out after that. Dave at Brenspeed said they are beginning to tell customers before they start an install about the possibility of broken bolts or plugs due to that problem. So that the customer understands about the possiblity of greater changes.

Larry - No luck yet, but I do have a third interview with a Software Company tomorrow.
Ben, the idea of two Stangstock's is good I think? I don't really care about location! With enough advance time I can make both! I think I've been to about every state park in Indiana....lol have you ever been here? It was originally a insane asylum Gee! how would I know that... It does have nice accommodations..

Unique limestone formations and scenic waterfalls are some of the beautiful highlights at Indiana's first state park, McCormick's Creek. You'll find this park along the White River, 14 miles northwest of Bloomington.
Hike through the thick wooded area or roam leisurely through the magnificent canyon surrounded by high cliffs. You'll notice the well-manicured grounds which were planted by the original owner and are being preserved to sustain the tranquil environment he created.

Spark plugs - I have 9000 miles on my car, so it would be a good idea to break them loose and put some anti-seize on them?

Socket?

Socket?

Do I need a special socket?

Also on the spark plugs

10,000 on mine changed them out this winter in the garage with the HT0's. Cold engine, alittle tight but they all came out. I need to check the torque on them before I start running this spring.

Do you need a special socket for the plugs or will a standard one work?

I used a standard deep well socket and piece of vaccuum hose to reach in the hole and pull it out and start the next plug. I think it was a 9/16" socket

McCormicks Creek is a pretty place as I remember..

I don't know what the specs are on the Comp NSR cams. Wouldn't surprise me if the Ford cams are made by Comp Cams and are the exact same cam. Call Brent. He was in on the development of the Comp cams. I'm sure he knows the specs.

If I had the numbers (which I don't) would it make any difference? To stay with the stock springs you can only have a max lift of ...without putting the springs in coil bind or a max duration of...so they don't whack a piston. So my bet is they are very very close to the same. What really counts is the dyno work that Brent did that proves what those cams are good for. So shut up and buck up some of that hard earned money of yours.
